Our Agreement

All successful relationships rely on a degree of trust and cooperation between the parties involved. The relationship between a dentist and his patient is the same, but usually patients are unclear as to what a dental practice might expect of them. We thought it would be a good idea to write down what we regard as important.

We promise that:

  1. We will always be courteous and polite.
  2. We will give you a written quotation for any recommended treatment.
  3. We will do our best to run on time, because we know everyone hates to be kept waiting.
  4. We will always provide the best treatment possible, in a safe and comfortable manner.

In return,  we ask that . . .

  1. You arrive for your appointments on time.
  2. You pay the agreed fees when requested.
  3. You inform us of any problems in a courteous and polite manner, so that we can make amends,  and continue to improve our service.
  4. You undertake to refer at least two people to us, so that we may continue to grow, and so be here for you when you need us next.

This is our agreement.
